All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

3.1. Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders for any reason, including:

Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs when we ship your order.

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.

4.3. Delivery Areas

We ship globally, excluding Asia and certain remote regions. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs processing and seasonal carrier delays.

4.4. Delivery Issues

If your order appears lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 30 days of shipment for assistance. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

5.1. Return Policy

We want you to be utterly delighted with your ornaments. If something isn’t perfect for your festive vision, we offer returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt.

5.2. Eligibility

To be eligible for return or exchange:

• Item must be unused and in its original packaging
• All original tags must be attached
• You must provide proof of purchase

5.3. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used Advent Calendars
• Opened containers of Artificial Snow
• Candles (for health and safety reasons)
• Animated & Musical items removed from original packaging and operated

5.4. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt
2. Wait for instructions and a Return Authorization Number
3. Ship the item to the provided address using a trackable service

5.5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5.6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer or PayPal’s processing time.

5.7. Exchanges

For exchanges, follow the return process. Once we receive the original item, we will ship the replacement. Price differences will be charged or refunded as applicable.
