Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way to spread cheer in your home!
Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
- Cost: $12.95
- Estimated Delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
- Cost: Free!
- Estimated Delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please note: These are estimated timelines. Delivery may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs processing or seasonal carrier delays. We ship globally, excluding Asia and a few remote regions.
Our Joyful Returns & Exchanges Process
We want you to be utterly delighted with your ornaments. If something isn’t quite perfect for your festive vision, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange process within 15 days of receipt.
Important Note on Non-Returnable Items:
To ensure the health, safety, and magic of our products for all customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items once they have been opened or used:
- Advent Calendars (any opened or used calendars)
- Artificial Snow (opened containers)
- Candles (for health and safety reasons)
- Animated & Musical items that have been removed from their original packaging and operated.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, in resellable condition, and with all original tags attached. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange: Just follow these simple steps!
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our cheerful customer service elves at [email protected]. Use the template provided at the bottom of this page to ensure we have all the details needed to help you quickly.
- Wait for Instructions: We will email you within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and the address to send your package. Returns sent without this authorization number cannot be processed.
- Ship Your Item: Carefully pack the item(s) in its original packaging and mail it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it arrives back with us.
Return Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item), we will happily provide a prepaid shipping label.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Refunds & Their Return Journey
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment. Please allow:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer’s or PayPal’s processing time.
Exchanges: Need a different color or size? We’re happy to help! Simply follow the return process above. Once we receive your original item, we will ship out the new one. If the new item is of higher value, we will charge the difference; if it is of lower value, we will refund the difference.
